When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. If you have ordered a personalized or custom item, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for production before shipment.
Can I have my items blessed before they are shipped?
Per Canon Law, it is prohibited to sell blessed items. Therefore, we cannot have items blessed before they are sent to you. We recommend taking your items to your local parish priest for a blessing once they arrive.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition. Please note that personalized items, opened media, and clearance products are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
